Liber O vel Manus et Sagittae

Liber O is a foundational manual of ceremonial magic that introduces students to basic exercises in concentration, visualization, and ritual technique. Historically important as an entry point into Crowley’s instructional corpus, it contains practical lessons on posture, breath, astral work, and elementary magical training.

Aleister Crowley (1875–1947) was an English occultist, ceremonial magician, poet, and religious innovator who founded Thelema, a modern esoteric system centered on will, ritual, and spiritual liberation. His many books, including Liber AL vel Legis and Magick in Theory and Practice, made him one of the most influential figures in twentieth-century occult literature.
