Liber Aleph

Liber Aleph is a epistolary work in which Crowley addresses a symbolic son on matters of ethics, magic, religion, and spiritual discipline. Historically significant as a mature expression of his thought, it offers aphoristic reflections, philosophical counsel, and Thelemic interpretations of life, love, knowledge, and the Great Work.

Aleister Crowley (1875–1947) was an English occultist, ceremonial magician, poet, and religious innovator who founded Thelema, a modern esoteric system centered on will, ritual, and spiritual liberation. His many books, including Liber AL vel Legis and Magick in Theory and Practice, made him one of the most influential figures in twentieth-century occult literature.
