Eight Lectures on Yoga
In these lectures, Crowley presents yoga as a disciplined method of training the mind and body, adapted for students of Western occultism. The book is historically important for showing how he interpreted Indian yogic practices within Thelemic philosophy, and it includes accessible explanations of posture, breath, concentration, and stages of meditative development.
About Aleister Crowley
Aleister Crowley (1875–1947) was an English occultist, ceremonial magician, poet, and religious innovator who founded Thelema, a modern esoteric system centered on will, ritual, and spiritual liberation. His many books, including Liber AL vel Legis and Magick in Theory and Practice, made him one of the most influential figures in twentieth-century occult literature.
