Franz Hartmann (1838–1912) was a German physician, theosophical writer, and occultist associated with the late nineteenth-century occult revival. He wrote extensively on Theosophy, Rosicrucianism, Paracelsian ideas, and mysticism, helping to popularize esoteric philosophy in Europe and the United States.
