Israel Regardie (1907–1985) was a British-born occultist and writer closely associated with the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. He is especially important for editing and preserving Golden Dawn materials and for authoring influential works on ceremonial magic, meditation, and psycho-spiritual practice.
