George W. Carey (1845–1924) was an American physician and author associated with the New Thought and “chemical” metaphysical movements. He wrote influential esoteric works such as *The Quest of the Golden Key* and *God-Man: The Word Made Flesh*, which linked occult symbolism, Biblical interpretation, and speculative ideas about vibration, thought, and spiritual healing.
