Edouard Schuré

Édouard Schuré (1841–1929) was a French writer, critic, and thinker best known for The Great Initiates, a highly influential work presenting spiritual biographies of figures such as Krishna, Hermes, Moses, Orpheus, Pythagoras, Plato, and Jesus. His writings helped shape modern interest in comparative mysticism, esotericism, and spiritual history.
